McKinney is not "smart". She is lower than a DOG. She does not deserve to serve in the House and only gets in because corrupt politicians in her state constructed token districts to shut the blacks up.

The entire House Black Caucus should be expelled and locked up, but we can at least start with McKinney the Dog...
