I knew a poor sap who got married, he and his uncle built a house for the guy and his wife. 3 years later the wife wanted to go to Barbadoes and sonofabitch her boyfriend from here was there and she moved into the boyfriend's room. She got the house in the divorce and her poor sap husband had to pay the capital gains on the house she got.
