I do dispute that it was legal to take the FBI files on 900 republicans. And I think it is dishonest to excuse it on a technicality (which is wrong, I believe).

I am sure you would think differently if W did it to 900 demos. I would view it as a crime either way. Me and you are different this way. I am not prejudiced.
