The WH staff cannot possess an FBI file on anyone under any circumstances. It is a felony for them to do so. The failure to prosecute Hillary and put her in jail was malfeasance at its worst...

And for those of you who are NOT the lying POS Rose, the WH CAN request an investigation from the FBI for a VALID reason, and the FBI will report their findings. Illegally grabbing the FBI files on ANYONE, OR requesting an investigation for an INVALID reason, is a crime. And the Clinton WH was criminal for their entire 8 years...
