Yes, the chimp Caesar is terrified of horses. At a PR stop with a bunch of kids, a kid asked Laura if they had any horsies on their Texas dust ranch. Laura said no, the president is afraid of horsies, and that he's what we call in Texas a "pickup cowboy". With his straight talking, cowboy image he tries to project, don't you think we'd have seen ONE picture of him on a horse if it wasn't true? No pictures exist throughout his entire life of the chimp Caesar on horseback.
