How are you going to exclude people like that from public life? Set up a panel that screens morons before they get to the ballot box? I think the only solution is at the very core, starting at kindergarten or preschool. Teach kids to do their own thinking and to recognize fraud on its face. The left has captured our educational system. I blame my generation of flower children for that, not that I agreed with the rest of my generation at the time. They are still riding on that captured horse. Somehow, education needs to return to education and away from dogmas of various sorts.
