You missed the issue and tried to deflect the attention from the C-in-C to the troops. The troops swear to defend the country against external threats. It is not for them to build a country. It is the C-in-C who ensures that the troops do what they have sworn to do.

Bush deliberately twisted facts on Iraq. he twisted the truth on domestic spying. He used his office to have access to the leaks and use it for his personal and political advantage, just like Nixon did in Watergate. These are high crimes worthy of prosecution.

He used the power of his office, not only to lie but also to order innocent US citizens to go and die in Iraq. Iraq was no threat to US. Al Qaeda was and continues to be one.
