We seem to agree more often now than you or I would have thought in the past<g>.

But still the issue to me is still stagflation flowing into the economy versus artificially low long term interest rates propping up overvalued asset values not justified by cash flows the assets generate..

I just heard copper is up 7% in a week.. Something as to give. Only givens to me down the road are homebuilders are going bust and localized housing crashes. The rest is still murky<g>
