There was little reaction to the news, but I guess that's to be expected. Probably everyone who knows about this stock and is willing to invest in a pinkie is already in it for the long haul. We need that OTC listing to get more exposure. I found this to be the most interesting part of the news: "During the first quarter the company also received its first subcontract from a prime contractor. The name and details are kept confidential due to contractual requirements imposed and due to competitive reasons."
