What does the fact that the thread was started in 2001 have to do with the housing data and trends today? Are they connected in ANY way and, if not, what is the relevance of your statement you repeatedly make?

If not for the events of 9/11 causing the fed to make money "free" for 4 years, those "early" folks would probably have been right on the money. The feds forced this cycle to be much longer and higher.
