Yes, I do. And I also know that when most of your data points are well in excess of a particular figure, that number isn't going to be the average. I suppose you can include the Soviet Union in your total of greatest civilizations. Its reign was very short. But most of what can be considered "greatest civilizations" lasted much more than 200 years. Even if you only look at their period of greatest influence.
