I don't give the chimp Ceasar even the defense of stupidity. HE wanted the war for his own reasons, to "fix" the Poppy "mistake" of not nailing Saddam in 1991 (it looks like Poppy had it right) and to "best" him, not to mention the great fun and political capital of being a "war President". If the chimp was deceived, it's because he WANTED to be deceived.
