Because of the news, I listened to Al Franken on Air America today, and he certainly believes it is big news as do I, if it is true of course... If this was 1973 it would be all over for Bush, but today we have a much more passive media, and aging baby boomers who do not like to "rock the boat". Even so, there is only so much even this current president can get away with in today's more conservative times before he will have to resign or get kicked out of office. It is almost like he and his advisors are trying to see how many things they can get away with before the American people demand punitive action.
