I think what the folks in the ME do in the West is always terrorist- because they don't have a hope of making any real political gains, or making any conquest of territory. What is going on in Iraq is much harder to pigeonhole.

Religions that teach people to hate those whose orientation is different is not a religion to me but a cult. I have really turned off to all religions. It was the Catholics against the Protestants in Ireland. It was the Hindu's against the Buddhists in India. It's the Serbs against the Muslims. It is the Muslims against anyone who does not think that Allah is God and the only God and it's not a betting situation.. Cause my God is the best God and only God... However, I would go for the Quakers. The Unitarian Church that do not preach Doctrine but who in their works exemplify what my thinking a God is if in fact there is a God... With the way things are in the world I have just wondered whose side he ( she ) is on. We probably could debate the gender too.
