Surprised it is not 7 or 8 out of 10. And if the overall is 7 out of 10 (as 30% approval rating suggests), then there must be at least 8 in 10 dems that don't like congress.

In CA where state legislature is almost all dem (for practical purposes) the "approval" rating is even lower. CA is a good example of what dem politics do for the people. We're on our way to becoming France. Yuck.
