Now how is that different than the last time around 1989-1990 when things started to unwind? By the time I was out there searching for buried treasure a year or two later it seemed there were few if any folks with deep pockets to buy property. I know that the few heavy hitters left concentrated on the commercial stuff which was real depressed.
