Doesn't wash...three years ago, he could have said: I declassified the information. Instead he said: "I don't know of anybody in my administration who leaked classified information," said George W. Bush on September 30, 2003. "If somebody did leak classified information, I'd like to know it, and we'll take the appropriate action."
