No decision, under the circumstances, would have satisfied everyone's need to be all knowing ahead of time. I hope we are all struggling to make the best of it. Partisan positioning over the matter has always seemed unnecessary to me. In fact, it further obscures our ability to derive purposeful and principled meaningfulness with our circumstance... which is of course necessary to bring about a unified stand of strength as a nation.

But the "conflicting" (opposing viewpoints from Energy and State) portion of the NIE wasn't [leaked] to the select journalist--only those portions which supported Bush and Cheney's want for war. You don't have a problem with that, huh?
