There are so many projects that could be attempted, but why spend the Billions it would take, if only at the end of the process, the NIMBYS won't allow it.

I am hoping though, that somehow we can get rid of our dependence on oil. Between the idiots holding the oil in the ME, and in Central and South America, we NEED to do whatever we can, just as soon as we can to make us oil independent.
