Sorry, but I'm only interested in what Blix said to the UN Security Council specifically regarding to his official duties. What Blix reported to the Security Council clearly established that Saddam remained in egregious violation of the Cease Fire Agreement & he was repeatedly violating Resolution 1441 - his absolute last chance.

Anything he said off the record is no different than Kerry saying he was for the war before he was against it. His vote ON THE RECORD was the only thing that really mattered.
