Looks like the USS Neocon has taken yet another hit, and is going down.

Washington insiders say that the leak is a time honored tool used to convey otherwise unconveyable information. They say it helps keep government transparent. I think it is a crock. Information should be vetted, possibly by impartial judges, and made available so that we can tell when we're being duped.

Big damage, but are people paying attention?
