Yes, exactly! Because property rights did not magically appear when we signed the Constitution. Property rights were such an integral part of English common law that the classical economists didn't even think to mention their importance to capitalism. They were the Sun that shown when it was light anyway. We only got a glimpse of how important they were to commerce when the Communists took them away. Now they are giving a little back (shining the Moon in the darkness) and you think they are more Capitalist because they've learned to read by moon light.
