I am not as much concerned with the leaking either way. Free press demands sources and even the President needs to make his case once in awhile. For me its the stupidity of this administration that is just plain mind boggling. At least Nixon was super-smart and had some accomplishments. With these dudes, never have so few screwed up so royally in such a short span of time. Heads need to roll and i hope it is not the presidents. We cant afford to go leaderless for three years. It can happen very quickly if Cheney takes responsibility for Libby whether its true or not and quits. I figure that bush would choose condi as veep but now thats not good enough any more either--we need a VEEP with gravitas who has the respect of all. How about Barry Bonds? (g) I cant think of a national figure with gravitas who has the respect of all--isnt that sad? PS Mets are off to a 3-1 start so at least there is something for me to smile about these days.
