Allan NVAO.ob It gets even more interesting....They SOLD the working interests in the two wells in Texas. So now they don't have ANYTHING as far as tangible asset (other than the cash generated from the sale) That sale amounted to less than a million dollars. They already have a "doubt to remain a viable business" opinion from the audit firm. Better yet they "launched" the bio-desiel venture toward the end of Mar. What perfect timing! LOL Prior to that they were simply a working interest shell in the two wells in Texas. Where are the permits for all of this construction, the money for the permits, lease or purchase of land, EIR's etc. They are supposed to start construct on the first facility in June? LOL Where is the offshore short sellers when we need them? :-) At this point I don't care if I can get shares short. I just want to see this scam crushed!! Ken
