No, if Kerry were President, we wouldn't have gone into Iraq. He would have let Saddam continue to pay suicide murdering terrorists and their families. Our borders would be even more open. Some of the suicide murdering terrorists would have come to the US (anyone can get in policy) and blown up people, and most probably used dirty nukes as well. Remember 6,000 chemical warheads are currently still not accounted for from Saddam's Iraq. Some of them would be here, and possibly detonated.
