I am not as interested in the technicality than with the perception of what was done. Seems that Cheney got pissed at Wilson and attempted to selectively leak parts of the document. It was manipulation of secret classifed or declassified (as you say) info that disturbs me and the larger perception concerning the worsening attitudes toward this admin. If we were in England, we would have a vote of no confidence at some point and new elections. Here we got three more years of lame duck 30% bush and shooter cheney and senile old rummy. Not a pretty picture regardless of what ones politics are.
