Self promotion -- I was pretty much conditioned to believe it was evil when I was growing up. It took a self promoting co-worker of mine getting promoted ahead of me at my office for me to change my ways, lol.

Just think how different our consumption-obsessed, celebrity-obsessed culture would be without it !!

It's funny that the Trump Tower planned for Tampa can't find funding after a year and a half. If the trump name was worth so much you'd think a bank would step up to the plate.
