Ken, Since you are an attorney, perhaps you know the law regarding de-classifying classified intelligence. Is it really true that the President can do that all by himself? Doesn't he need to consult with the CIA, or Congressional intelligence committees? Seems real shakey to allow the president this unilateral decision making power with respect to declassifying intelligence. What if his error in judgement causes harm to the intelligence community? If it can be shown that he harmed persons or the nation would that then be unlawful or even treason?
