not off topic in any way. Floating money pits like the Tiara you described is a cipher for everything else.

The shows have come up wanting this year with the exception of the ultra-mega yachts. I know someone who custom designs the interiors of these gaudy prizes and whose business is booked out still for 18 mos. Good way to get lost in the Turks or elsewhere. MP
