"One of the big problems we are facing, is that the builders built a lot of crappy inventory in mediocre locations with lousy upgrades and low perceived value." That is going to be a big problem as you've got speculators stuck in many of these projects and few end users in site willing to pay 3 times what those properties should be worth. Those nice new granite counter tops and properties appreciating at incredible rates sucked too many folks into the game that will be paying the price for years to come..
