by now I shouldn't be shocked...i guess in some remote corner of my brain I still believe in human decency...but not this guy. Unfortunately, that's the mistake too many people have made about this presidency. Even someone like Harris can't conceive of the possibility that Bush might do something worse......like suspend elections.
