Sure. Because Fox has no national interest in Central Americans taking the US illegal jobs away from the Mexicans and thus diverting large $$$ funds from Mexico to south of their border.

Its rather amazing how this works. We all know that Mexico is corrupt and that despite its significant resources, it can't produce enough jobs for its people. So it sends the overflow here.
