The guy who maintains the dumpjoe.com website and is a frequent poster at DailyKos is outside the hearing room holding a sign and giving out buttons. He says that Lieberman told an audience yesterday that he'd run as an independent if he loses the primary. I think I'd like to have that verified before I go around believing it. <g>

One thing for sure, the fact that he's in the building says a lot. I don't think he's ever been here before.
