thanks for the info. 2. The fund does rights offerings, and buyers discount that threat to their assets. Is this common? - why would shareholders approve - or do they even have a say? That'd suck. Seems like this should only be used if a company needed cash now, but it seems a CEF should rarely if ever get to that point.
