I think it's fair as long as the law applies to all illegal immigrants, not just those that are non-Mexican. The House passed legislation targeting non-Mexicans.

This is being done systematically......from city to city to show how much they cover the country. They are winning without firing a shot.........even though poll after poll shows that Americans are unhappy with the situation.
