Hugo Chavez is rightly distrustful of Bush. IMO Chavez has been a good leader for his people who pay pennies for gas. He offered to help NOLA victims, which bush rejected. He claims if anything happens to him, Bush would be to blame. I believe him.

Chile...I think it was. Bechtel moved in there to privatize water. The populace rose up against it - they were charged for collecting rainwater! Their leader capitulated and threw Bechtel out.
