Some are. Our house is almost back to normal except for a backyard fence and a tree stump that needs to be cut up and moved. Though my grandson likes playing on it so no rush there.
Others are waiting for it to be fixed before they move back instead of actually coming back and helping in the process. I'd prefer it if those ones stayed away.
