Stop reading rightwing propaganda. It's not fact, it's not truth and it's not American. And it is not even in the same league as top-notch newspapers like the Times which is recognizeed all over the world as one of the very finest. Thomas Jefferson made it clear that to survive, our democacy needs a strong independent press (like the NY Times and other news sources with high journalistic standards) who can hold corrupt politicians accountable and if necessary inform the people that these leaders need to be brought down. Because our democracy provides for the people to be able to bring down any dishonest or corrupt leader we don't like at any time.
