That case is total BS. Peter Paul is a convicted stock swindler and serial liar who is trying to make money or favors off the rightwing by filing frivolous charges against the Clintons. He used to work with Finkelstein, the married gay rightwing freak who hates Hillary Clinton. About six months ago all these charges were thrown out of court, but apparently the rightwing has nothing else to attack the Clintons with but the lies of a convicted con artist. Paul has zero credibility, but it's legal to keep filing frivolous lawsuits in this country. By the way, I personally know a guy this Peter Paul conned out of a lot of money so this isn't just hearsay.
