In conclusion, I know that much has been made of the fact that perhaps the reason the officer didn’t recognize Rep. McKinney was because she had recently changed her hair style. My own theory is that he mistook her for someone else, and that when he tapped her on the shoulder, it was only to ask for Buckwheat’s autograph.

RO"FL"OL tooo funny...they did a man on the street interview here and the stupid people of DeKalb County said she apologized, she should be forgiven, and she didn't mean it, but the cop shouldn't have grabbed her...etc etc etc...

They agreed he was well-qualified, but they felt he would be working under somewhat of a handicap because he didn’t speak Spanish, and would therefore have a problem communicating with certain members of the staff.

On the radio this morning a caller talked about how her son didn't get hired at a McDonalds because he didn't speak Spanish.
