I was going to say he needed target practice, but when he says he wanted to shoot the perp in the leg but got both legs, I can't really argue with that. Reminds me of the time my Dad was elk hunting and saw two grouse but didn't want to waste two rifle bullets. He waited until their heads lined up and got both.

OHhhhhhhhhh...I feel guilty saying this.... but this makes me howl..... “I saw this guy get shot and saw his legs fly out beside him and him flopping to the ground and when I close my eyes that is what I see.” I just can't stop smiling when a bad guy gets a slug through both legs.....I mean, if the perp woke up thinking he was having a bad day....imagine what he felt like later that night.....Ouchie! stupid is...as stupid does.
