Sky Capital Enterprises chairman, other directors resign

LONDON (AFX) - Sky Capital Enterprises Inc, which earlier this month had its shares suspended following raids by the Federal Bureau of Investigation at the company's offices in New York, said Alexander Duma has resigned as chairman and director with immediate effect.

It also said Larry Pressler and Darryl White have resigned and Michael Recca is no longer a director of the company.

In addition, adviser Daniel Stewart & Co Plc has resigned from the company. Sky Capital has 30 days to engage another nominated adviser or it faces having its share listing cancelled.
