Sky Capital Enterprises chairman, other directors resign 11.20.2006, 01:39 PM LONDON (AFX) - Sky Capital Enterprises Inc, which earlier this month had its shares suspended following raids by the Federal Bureau of Investigation at the company's offices in New York, said Alexander Duma has resigned as chairman and director with immediate effect. It also said Larry Pressler and Darryl White have resigned and Michael Recca is no longer a director of the company. In addition, adviser Daniel Stewart & Co Plc has resigned from the company.
