Bush is dyslexic. He's intelligent but doesn't read or write much. His professor at Harvard said GW had a difficult time with hard work and telling the truth.

Sometimes rich families like the Bushes actually pay the university to graduate their kid. I know the Kennedys did this for David Kennedy in the 70's when he was having serious drug problems. Bush's family may have done it too.
