Noel, what do you mean? <How about posting your source for Iranian thermal power?> It's not me who says they need power. They say they need power. See 3,141,592 sources in cyberspace. Just ask Google. They say they want nuclear power. I say they can more cheaply burn gas to get thermal power. That doesn't need a "source". They would save $billions on the pipeline to India and that could fund the first few power stations. The power station in Iran would be more secure than a pipeline across three other countries who might become unfriendly one day.

Or maybe you mean who could build it. There are lots of engineering companies who would love to have lots of contracts to build thermal power stations in Iran.
