ha! you have a keen eye timster. yes. its still a virgin birdhouse. i've been waiting for the right place at the right time ... i'll keep you informed of the activity <s> that tall fence post was supposed to be for the clothes line, but we changed our minds and fixed your house to it instead. there are a lot of very agile cats around here. i think that post will be daunting enough so that they'll give climbing it a second thought <g> the lattice you see against the fence is there to get a weathered look before we use it to surround our ugly oil tank. its silvering up rather nicely. -rose
