This is in fulfilment of God's word. (see below) All the curses of the law of Moses have come upon the Jews because they make a pretense in front of the whole world of keeping the Law, when in actuality, as I have shown, it is impossible to keep the Mosaic Law outside of Jerusalem and without a Temple and a valid priesthood. Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God. (Romans 2:17) Notice how they are called a Jew, boasting of their knowledge of God. The holy Apostle doesn't say they are Jews, he says they are merely called Jews. For as Revelation 2.9 and 3.9 inform us, there are people who commit blasphemy by boasting of being Jewish but rather are the lying synagogue of Satan. The Jews wish to believe they are under the Law? They have forfeited Grace. Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. (Galatians 5:2-4) For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. (Galatians 3.10) Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen. (Deuteronomy 27:26) But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: (Deuteronomy 28:15) And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the Lord thy God. And it shall come to pass, that as the Lord rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it. And the Lord shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the Lord shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind: (Deuteronomy 28:62-65) You see? If people were only to read the holy Scriptures they would see that blessed Moses, speaking by the Holy Ghost, prophesied that the Jews would be cursed and would be expelled from all the nations thousands of years prior to it coming to pass. St. Moses even prophesied that they would be disobedient in the latter days and bring all these curses upon themselves: For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious against the Lord; and how much more after my death? Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them. For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands. And Moses spake in the ears of all the congregation of Israel the words of this song, until they were ended. (Deuteronomy 31:27-30)
