Here's the clincher: How could mere PartyTime, a struggling musician and pretty much posting on nothing but an SI site, know that these trailers were for weather balloons, yet the powerful US Secretary of State presented this to the United Nations as proof to go to war, that Saddam had beefed up his WMD?
