I notice that as a non-native, your "reads" on America are often wrong, but understandable. You're really pretty clueless. Actually, Taro has strong reasons to believe what he wrote. Some Columbians were delivering a package to Taro........God knows what was in it.........and they happened to mention they were moving to Iowa, probably to set up a branch office for their operations if you get my drift. From that conversation, Taro made the assumption that Iowa is populated with South Americans. Its an understandable conclusion to make if you are not native. <g>
