I disagree. I think reporters are inherently prevented, due to the dangers, from reporting widely on the conflict. My gut tells me that if reporters were actually able to report more of what is seen--even what is unseen, as reporting goes--the Bush-Cheney Administration would have given up long ago its denial that Iraq is in a state of civil war; that the Administration would not have been able to prolongingly misled the American people.
