It went up for a few weeks as rates rose and there was some panicked applying. Now, will the purchase index continue its’ orderly decent?

Not nice weather this year.

If LA has been anything like the NorCal, they're under the deluge. Non-stop, daily, record rainfall. The Sierra have had record snowfall, and the windsurfing season is on the verge of being cancelled.

I wonder if it's had an effect on home-shoppers trudging around town?
